Responsible Investment

Kennedy Lewis takes a long-term, partnership approach with both its investors and financing counterparties, with the aim of delivering risk adjusted returns consistent with their return objectives while investing responsibly. We believe incorporating environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) factors into the investment process can contribute to creating world-class businesses that are more resilient, more innovative, more disruptive and, ultimately, more valuable, thereby helping us generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors. Our focus on ESG principles support, but do not supersede, our fiduciary duty to our investors.

As part of Kennedy Lewis’ commitment to responsible investment, we have developed a responsible investment policy to outline elements of the Firm’s approach to responsible investment. Our responsible investment policy is available upon request.

Kennedy Lewis is a signatory of the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (“PRI”). The PRI is an international global network of asset managers, owners and service providers working together to put responsible investment into practice. The principles, which are voluntary, aim to provide a framework for integrating ESG considerations into investment decision-making and ownership practices.
